Twirls 'n Curls

"I will praise thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made..." Psalm 139:14 My two-year old just adores her belly button and often shows it to friends and strangers alike. I can't think of a better way for little ones to delight their Creator, than by delighting in the way He made them. Today, rejoice in the way God made you, and give Him glory for it! (This is the first in the ongoing series of photos "Living Words" that illustrate a Scripture passage in a real way to me.) 

 ~ When you get stuck, don't be afraid to ask for help.~ ~Being comfortable with who you are today  plays a big part in who you will be tomorrow.~ ~With a little extra effort, you can make anything special.~

Inspired by my three little blondies: ~There is no challenge that, given enough time, you can't lick.~  ~If you don't like the way today looks,  you might need to change your perspective.~ ~When it comes to looking good in a swimsuit, confidence is everything.~

My conclusion: Cute, compact model, but noisy and inefficient. As a dishwasher, I hope I can get my money back.  As a daughter, she's a keeper :)

Morning shaving ritual "Daddy, I wanna be just like you!!" My goal:  To live in such a way that, should my kids grow up to be like me, I will be proud of what they have become.

  When Tom comes out of the shower, he usually sits down and reads for a few minutes before breakfast. That's the girls' cue to jump on his lap and "read" with him...it usually finishes with Linsey saying something like, "Daddy, put that book down so we can snuggle!" Some guys have all the luck :)

Fact: Stay-at-home mommies work at least as hard as their husbands do. Exhibit A: Thanks, Grandma Jean, for the makeup!! Exhibit B: Thanks, Daddy, for "keeping an eye on me!" I rest my case!
